Organisation The Nutritional Assessment in the academic hospital of Maastricht is organised by the department of dietetics. Within the hospital, the lung patients are being measured separately on the lung function department. The dieticians measure the nutritional status of the other patients. the NA team The Nutritional Assessment team exists of two professors, a surgeon, head of the dietetic ward, a resaercher and three dieticians. administration Some administration is necesary to guide the care processes. foundation The academic hospital of Maastricht knows a long history of nutrition research. Prof. Dr. P.B.
